The following requirements must be met to qualify for the Tribal HIP Program

Applicant must be Choctaw with CDIB card and a permanent resident of the home.

Must live within the 10 1/2 counties of the Choctaw Nation. Service Area

Must be low income; based on HUD guidelines.

Must be primary home of applicant.

Applicants must have proof of land ownership/deed.

PRIORITY WILL BE GIVEN TO THE MOST SEVERE CASES FIRST.
