The Management Department is over the Mutal Help homes after they are built. The purpose of the Management Department is to assure that the homes are being maintained properly and to continue to provide decent, safe and sanitary housing for our tenants. This is accomplished by performing annual inspections, and yearly re-certifications for our tenants. The goal of the Management Department is to provide any assistance that will eventaully help each tenant obtain home ownership in this program.
